To encourage, govern, organize, and develop Minor hockey programs for all ages up to and including the Juvenile age divisions for players in the Township of Bradford West Gwillimbury.
To serve and protect the mutual interests of all its members.
To recognize the integrity of local community programs and to encourage a strong sense of community pride and participation.
To enhance the positive values associated with hockey by providing leadership and initiatives to develop players, coaches, officials and local volunteers.
This Code for Conduct identifies the standard of behavior which is expected of all members and participants, which includes all players, guardians, parents, coaches, officials, volunteers, executive members, team managers, trainers, and anyone else involved in BWGMHA activities and events.

The rules and regulations are an attempt to formalize the way in which the "GAME" of hockey is governed in Bradford West Gwillimbury. They are developed to provide for the orderly and systemic running of he activities of the association and to protect the rights of the majority of participant. Each year the association holds an Annual General Meeting open to all members of the association. The meetign is to review the details of the year and to prepare for the new hockey season. During these meetings and and all new business proposals to how the associations can be raised and executive membership positions are voted on. All memers are encouraged to attend to voice their opinions and concerns to help imrove the association.
