Registration

Welcome to BWGMHA Registration.

Online registration is now open.
Please click HERE to continue to the Hockey Canada Registration Site.

Please register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment as we will be closing off each division as teams are filled.

Registration will be closed June 30, 2011.
A $100.00 Late Fee will apply to registrations after June 30, 201.

New players moving to Bradford are required to provide a letter from their current association stating that they are members in good standing as well as a player TRANSFER form.

A $100 deposit is required for each registration. The balance for all registrations is due by cheque July 31, 2011.

Please be aware that online credit card payments are accepted, but the total amount WILL be charged to your card. There is no option to make an initial deposit and return to pay the balance later.


You may pay by cheque or money order payable to BWGMHA. All cheques and/or money orders must include the parent’s full name, address, phone number as well as the player’s full name and date of birth. The parent’s name should be that of the parent that is registering the player on line. Also, please write the email address used during registration on the cheque.

Below are the registration fees for the 2011-2012 season.

All players must register under their age group, regardless if playing house or rep. Rep fees will be charged to each team after teams are finalized.

Rep Fees

In addition the association charges a Rep 'Team Fee' as opposed to individual Rep fees. Each team will be responsible for paying their respective 'Team Fee'. 50% of the team fee is due September 30th, 2011. The balance is due October 31st, 2011.
