2008 / 2009 York Simcoe Express Midget Tryouts

Tryouts will be conducted by Coach Wally Bishop at the Aurora Community Centre Rink # 1 on the following dates:

Wed., Aug. 27 - 9:30pm to 11:00pm
Thurs., Aug. 28 - 8:30pm to 10:00pm
Wed., Sept. 3 - 8:30pm to 10:00pm
Thurs., Sept. 4 - 8:30pm to 10:00pm

The cost per tryout is $30.00

NOTE: ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING A PERMISSION TO SKATE FORM WITH THEM FROM THEIR HOME CENTRE OR THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE

Police Checks

IMPORTANT NOTICE!

All coaching staff must provide a Police Check to the hockey association prior to season start. This includes coaches, trainers, managers, and on-ice helpers (over 16, and not registered as a player) If you already had a police check done in the 2007/2008 season, you are valid for 3 years, but must complete an affidavit with the association. These forms must be completed prior to season start or you will not be able to step on the ice with your team. Talk to your coach or contact the Abuse and Harrassment Director directly to get yours done now. Don't be disappointed. Cost of Police Check ($15.00) will be reimbursed by the Association up to Oct 1, 2008. A receipt is required.
